After visiting the Medicine Museum, we were a little hungry, so we stopped and got a light snack of pastries at a little family run bakery. This bakery was run by a couple, and their toddler son was right there behind the counter "helping." Definitely something you wouldn't see very often in America.
One thing I miss most about Lithuania is the food, and especially the pastries. They have a way of baking pastries that makes them so light and fluffy. Kevin and I joked that we were going to spend our last day in Vilnius eating pastries. We didn't, but it was so tempting. Despite my love for Lithuanian pastries, I managed to not gain any weight while I was there. I credit all of the walking we did.
